By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and possess the full legal capacity to enter into legally binding contracts in accordance with the laws of the European Union and your country of residence.
3. Orders and Shipping
Exact shipping times and costs are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on the final delivery address. Delivery times within the European Union may vary depending on the destination country, carrier, and order processing requirements.
4. Payment Methods
To ensure maximum transaction security, we use the highly secure payment gateways Stripe and PayPal. Depending on your location, you will be offered various local payment methods at checkout, including credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without providing any reason.
- Return Conditions: Items are eligible for return only if they remain unopened, are in their original factory packaging, and show no signs of use.
- Process and Costs: The buyer is solely responsible for paying the return shipping costs. The original standard shipping cost (from the store to the customer) will be refunded to you along with the item’s purchase price.

6. Warranty, Missing, and Broken Parts
All new products are covered by the standard 2-year European Union legal warranty. Given the specific, we offer the following support conditions:
- Missing Parts: If you open your kit and discover that manufacturing parts are missing, please contact us, and we will send you the necessary replacement parts free of charge.
- Broken Parts: We understand that fragile pieces can occasionally break during the assembly process. In such cases, we can arrange the delivery of replacement parts for an additional fee (the cost is calculated individually based on the specific part and delivery address).
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Poland.
