1. 14-Day Return Window
We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked return policy. If you simply change your mind or ordered the wrong item, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
2. Condition of Items & Exceptions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original factory packaging (including intact shrink wrap). We cannot accept returns for opened, partially assembled, or damaged kits. Gift cards are non-returnable.
3. Missing or Defective Parts
If you open your box and discover a manufacturing defect or a missing piece, there is no need to return the entire kit. Simply fill out our contact form, and we will send you the replacement parts completely free of charge.
4. Exchanges
We are happy to exchange an unopened item for the same product, provided it is in stock. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
5. Return Shipping Costs
For standard returns (e.g., you changed your mind), you are responsible for the return shipping costs. You have two options:
- Ship the package yourself using a carrier of your choice to our official address provided below.
- Request a prepaid shipping label from us. If you choose this option, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your final refund amount.

6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will process your refund within 14 days. If you are returning your entire order, we will also refund the original standard shipping costs you paid at checkout. Refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 3–7 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the funds to your account.
