1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed exclusively on business days between 09:00 and 20:00 (CET / Warsaw time).
- Orders placed before 16:00 are guaranteed to ship the next business day.
- Orders placed after 16:00 will ship in 1 business day.
- Holidays & Peak Seasons: Processing and delivery times do not include national holidays in Poland or the dispatching country. During peak holiday seasons, delivery times may be extended. Please monitor your delivery status using your tracking number.
2. Shipping Destinations, Rates, and Methods
We ship anywhere within the European Union.
Exact delivery times and shipping costs are calculated automatically in real time at checkout. Once you enter your country and postal code, the system will display the available carriers and delivery options (courier delivery or parcel locker) based on your specific location.
Orders over 69,00 € qualify for free shipping.
3. Split Shipments
To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, your order may be divided into multiple shipments. This means items from a single order may arrive in separate packages, on different dates, and be delivered by different shipping carriers. You will receive tracking information for each separate package.
4. Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout as soon as the shipping carrier scans the package into their system. You can check the status and location of your order at any time on our [Order Tracking] page.
5. Unclaimed, Undeliverable, and Refused Packages
- Unclaimed or Undeliverable: If a package is returned to us because it was not collected from a parcel locker in time or the courier was unable to reach you, you may choose to have it reshipped at your own expense, or receive a refund minus the original shipping costs.
- Refused Deliveries: If you refuse to accept a delivery, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. This rule applies even if your original order qualified for free shipping.
