Mechanical Carriage Structure
The Stagecoach consists of 199 interlocking plywood pieces. The construction process takes about four hours, resulting in a carriage measuring 218x112x146 mm. The model includes an open driving seat, a main passenger cabin with symmetrical doors, and a top luggage rack. The medium difficulty level suits adults and teens.
Musical Mechanism
A built-in mechanical music box plays the “Greensleeves” melody. A metal winding key sits on the back section of the wooden carriage frame. Winding the key activates the internal gears and spring mechanism, turning the music box cylinder to produce the sound without the need for batteries or external power.
Wheel System
The carriage rests on four spoked wooden wheels. The two front wheels are smaller and connect to a pullable swivel mechanism, allowing directional movement. The larger rear wheels attach to a rigid axle. Wooden suspension elements and elevated steps are mounted beneath the main cabin to support the carriage frame.
Luggage and Accents
The flat roof of the stagecoach holds three retro storage boxes of different sizes. These wooden trunks fit inside the top railing. The exterior also holds detailed lanterns on the sides, an engraved “Stage Coach 1848” sign above the doors, and a swinging squirrel figure attached near the driver’s seat.
Passenger Cabin
The central cabin contains symmetrical coach doors that can open and close. The doors have engraved Rokr logos on the lower panels. Window frames reveal carved fabric-like curtains tied back on the inside. A small supporting stool is positioned near the elevated steps for access to the passenger seating area.
