Gramophone Replica
The 160x145x250 mm structure replicates a classic phonograph. The adjustable horn utilizes retro pearlescent paper with gold-toned intricate surface patterns. The square wooden base incorporates hollow-out decorative cutouts, contrasting light and dark plywood layers to form a highly detailed, vintage-inspired exterior for the Diva Gramophone.
Gear Mechanism
A transparent acrylic record sits atop the wooden base, functioning as a viewing window into the internal mechanics. The design exposes the precision-cut wooden gear system beneath. As the device operates, these interlocking cogs turn in visible synchronization, driving the rotational movements of the top elements mechanically.
Mechanical Music Box
A side hand crank and a rear winding key control the musical output and kinetic motion. Winding the main mechanism activates the built-in music box, playing the classic “Emperor Waltzes” melody. During playback, a specialized 3D six-petaled wooden flower steadily rotates at the center of the acrylic record.
200-Piece Assembly
The 3D wooden puzzle contains 200 pre-cut components manufactured from plywood, metal, and plastic parts. Rated with a hard difficulty level, the precise construction requires approximately four and a half hours to complete. The individual parts systematically interlock to form the final mechanical structure and functional geartrain.
