We ship to most European countries, as well as Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

If your order includes items stored in different warehouses, it may be shipped in multiple packages. These packages may arrive on different dates and be delivered by different carriers. Each package will have its own tracking number.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging unless they are defective. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective. Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
