Products that have been assembled, partially assembled, or are missing components cannot be returned unless they are defective.<\/p>\n<h2>Return Shipping Costs<\/h2>\n<p>If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or no longer want it, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.<\/p>\n<p>The original shipping charge paid with your order will be refunded in full.<\/p>\n<h2>Damaged or Defective Items<\/h2>\n<p>If your order arrives damaged or you discover a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible.<\/p>\n<p>To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Your order number<\/li>\n<li>Photos of the shipping box (if damaged)<\/li>\n<li>Photos of the product<\/li>\n<li>A brief description of the issue<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After reviewing your request, we will offer the most appropriate solution, which may include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A free replacement<\/li>\n<li>Replacement parts for missing or damaged components<\/li>\n<li>A full or partial refund<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or an error on our part, all related costs will be covered by Hobby.Day.<\/p>\n<h2>Missing Parts<\/h2>\n<p>If your kit is missing one or more parts, there is usually no need to return the entire product.<\/p>\n<p>After reviewing your request, we will arrange to send the missing parts free of charge whenever possible, or provide another suitable solution.<\/p>\n<h2>Refund Processing<\/h2>\n<p>Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed using the original payment method.<\/p>\n<p>Approved refunds are typically issued within 5 business days after the inspection has been completed.
